Our school, Woodland Elementary, is located in the scenic town of Dildo, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland which is approximately 100 kilometers from the capital city of St. John's. Our students come from the communities of Blaketown, Broad Cove, New Harbour, Old Shop, and South Dildo.
We are a K-6 school which offers a variety of extracurricular activities to our students because we believe in the education of the whole child. We are also dedicated to creating a safe, healthy and positive environment for teaching and learning for all of our children and staff.

This is an evolving situation and information continues to be updated on a regular basis. The district will continue to liaise with officials from the Department of Health and Community Services and Public Health Agencies and provide appropriate information as it becomes available.
The after school program will be on Tuesday for our grade 4 & 5 students. The pick-up time is 3:30 p.m. Students MUST have rides prearranged in order to stay.
